Not Up to Date-Help?

I have iOS 12.5.1. The phone says it is up to date. I have seen other issues like this, but when I got to Setting>General>Profiles(or whatever that 3rd thing is) to look for Beta. I don't have that third thing as an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IOS 14 I had the beta profile for ios 14, however when i try to delete the beta profile there is no profile option in general. Anyways I tried to update ios 14 on my phone and i accepted the terms and agreement and then it just freezes and won't update. I tried updating through my pc and it says the iphone is up to date but I still have the ios 14 download in my general software update.

iPhone 5c won't update beyond v. 10 My iphone says the iOs is up to date at v. 10 but it's not. Instructions were given to go to Settings/General/Profiles...but there is no Profiles option on my General menu. Something about deleting a Beta version...?

Your device can not update passed 12.5.1 and there are no betas for it.
