Sound and USB/bluetooth issues

Hi - Have I been experiencing more and more issues with the internal speakers not working, USB and bluetooth connection crashing. This got worse since I upgraded to macOS Big Sur.


I ran both hardware and software diagnostic, but nothing has worked so far.


How shall I address this?

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 11.2
