Bluetooth not working properly after 11.5 upgrade

Hello All,

I had installed Big Sur on my Late 2016 Macbook Pro 13 and all was working well.

I then installed the 11.5 upgrade and after that none of my Bluetooth devices are working properly.

The devices connect and are recognized, but they seem to have a connection lag/interference.

Audio plays back chopped and both my magic mouse and magic trackpad lag when I move.

I tried reseting the bluetooth module, resetting PRAM, and deleting the preferences files.

Anybody else having issues?

This is very frustrating as mu computer became unusable since I use Bluetooth devices constantly, notable input and audio.

Anyway to reverse to a previous version of Mac OS?

Thanks anyone for any help.

Make sure you have a backup before re-installing macOS.

You could try re-downloading the latest Big Sur installation via the App Store and then re-installing on top of your existing installation. Then checking for updates and update to the latest 11.5.1 version.

That should redo all the system files.
