Logic Pro X Cracking / Popping During playback and during Recording

While playing the tracks, or recording I keep getting pop/clicks that make the tracks unusable - they seem to come at random and not at particularly loud points or anything like that. It's an electronic sound that seems to affect the whole pitch range of the sound, it also comes while bouncing. They are random and don't show in the tracks. The noise is not part of the audio information, and it happens randomly like plops or clicks. random annoying static noise. I have a Mac Mini later than 2018 64GB ram i5 processor. I looked if it was related to the processing power, but the music literally doesn't even scratch the power. This machine is powerful, but it's acting up. The preferences are set right for playback at 250 or higher, for recording at 32. and the threading is set to playback tracks currently. I have tried all settings.

Last questions how many video monitors? And Logic version and do you have the earliest Logic version that runs on Catalina? Logic graphics take up a lot of bandwidth, that's why I'm asking about the number of monitors. Also, the T2 chip has caused various problems, many of which you described but that's usually with older USB based interfaces. I always suspect all-in-one chips like the T2. What sample rate are you using?

What Interface are you using, what MacOS? Does that mac have the T2 chip?

Don't try 48 on a current project it will speed up and raise the pitch.. Start a new empty project at 48kHz . If it works, it's T2 chip related

Yes it does have the T2 chip

I'm out options, I only can feel with you cause Iv'e bin there. But that will not fix the problem.

I am running the most current version of Logic Pro X 10.6.1.

I tested the issue with one monitor and two monitors.

I’m running Catalina version10.15.7, I think it's the last one.

My machine It's super fast. 64gb of ram Mac mini 2018 i5

It has the issue with interface or without interface using the audio from the mac mini.

The issue is random, and never on the same spot.

I have a T2 controller.

44,000 rate.

I will create a test later when I have the chance, I really need to know what do you think we will accomplish by that? I am extremely busy and I have not much time for that, so before we all go on a wild goose chase, please tell me more about your hunch.

I didn't hear any issues. it seems it worked. But I have recorded a ton of material I need to mix using 44.1khz, what can I do???. Also, I believe that at the beginning I was not getting the issues. I have months worth of recordings.

I figured out how to change the files and project to a different sample rate and I changed one of the songs to 48khz but after I tested it I am AFRAID it did not work. The song had to big farts about 15 seconds and then 10 seconds away from the end of the song. right before that I was thinking that it was working but, no. They sound like farts.
