Apple pay card 'already exists' in Wallet

My Apple Wallet is currently showing as empty, where previously I had all my credit cards available. I have followed previous threads and have logged out of icloud, logged out of passcodes, restarted the iphone, then tried again to add the cards. However I still get the same message. Any other tips?

card missing from apple wallet I have been using one of my bank cards with Apple pay for some time. Today it just vanished, no idea why, however I was still able to pay with another card on Apple pay. I tried to reinstall it as a new card but was simply told by the app that it was already installed. I tried to reinstall it as an existing card but although the app said it was already in my wallet it did not show up I deleted it from Apple pay and found that I had an earlier version of the card in Apple pay. I deleted this early version so that no card showed up in the reinstall existing card screen and rebooted the phone. I received a message on my iPad that the default card had changed from the one that was no longer there. I then tried to add the card again as a new card only to be told that the card was already there -- but it does not show up. Any ideas?

Apple Pay says card already added, but it is not there I am trying to add a credit card to Apple pay. In the middle of adding it there was some type of error. Now I cannot add the card because it says already added. However, the card appears no where. Not in the wallet, not in settings... It is a “big bank” Visa signature, and my wife has been able to add her card, so I know it’s not a “compatibility “ issue. I have tried signing out/in of iCloud, I have changed my passcode, nothing seems to help.

Apple Pay won't let me add my debit card I got a new phone and Apple Pay won’t accept a new debit card because I have my old card on file, from the same bank but I've had a recent card since then. How do I completely remove a card from file? so that I am able to add my current card. If I go on my wallet/apple pay on settings no cards are showing so I can't delete them from there and when I go onto the wallet app my card is still showing on file so I can't find anywhere to remove this. I've tried logging into icloud.com to remove but nothing shows up there.

Change your Apple ID region and then change it back.
