Hii I have the IPhone XR with the IOS 14.4 (the latest update) . I have it on Silent Mode due to my work and even tho it’s in silent mode, my phone still rings with sound when a call comes in . I have the Silent mode on Favorite only but the people that call me and rings are not in my favorites. How can I fix that?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We'll be glad to assist you with keeping your iPhone silent while working. Let's take a look at some settings.
Go to the Contacts app, and select the contact you received a call from. Is Emergency Bypass set for Ringtone and Text Tone? This will override Do Not Disturb and when the Ring/Silent switch is on silent mode.

I just verified the contacts that I usually get the calls and it’s still sound the ringtone and but of the the Emergency Bypass is off.
