Walking stairs not displayed correctly

I have an Apple Watch 4. In the Activity Ring, the Walking Stairs is not displayed correctly.

For example, when I walk just 1 stair, the display tells met 20. After a normal day I have walked 200 stairs....

How can I correct that.

Apple Watch counts steps backwards I regularly check my steps on my watch while walking. Every once in a while, it counts steps backwards. For example, I will have 4800 steps and then it updates to 4500 steps. A few moments later, next time I check, it drops to 4200. This then syncs to my phone. It has done this off and on for months. Very annoying as I track my steps daily. Any ideas on how to fix this?

"Stair stepper" activity on Apple Watch 4 when walking building steps First, I selected "stair stepper" activity on watch and clicked to start. Walked up 12 flights of steps in my building and then took elevator down. Repeated (for total of 10 times until I climbed 120 flights. Apple watch only recorded 58 flights. Next, I repeated the above (120 flights) and didn't select "stair stepper". Apple watch recorded 120 flights. Has anyone had similar experience? Assume that using "stair stepper" activity for this kind of exercise will not yield accurate results. Your thoughts?

Why is my Apple Watch counting steps when I’m not walking Hi I would like to know why my steps are going up when I’m not walking it’s if it moves at all it is counting steps.
