HomeKit adaptive lighting differs between lights

out of all the lights I use from Hue, one has a different color tone when adaptive lightning is activated.

Its the exact same Hue Lamp as the others (bought them in a starter pack). Why is this one not working?

The color temperature is cooler on this one than with the other ones.

The Hue app recognizes the difference (see Picture).

Did you update the software on all new bulbs? Some features won’t work until you do. Look in Settings in your Hue App

Did you create this scene yourself or used one from the Hue Collections? The Hue scenes use varying degrees for each bulb

Or try making the scene again by moving/dragging that lamp from the cool tones over to where the other 4 are then tap on “New Scene” to name it & save it. Then see how it works.

Remember also once you’ve set your lights to the desired setting if you unplug/turn off to quickly it won’t be saved. It takes about 7-20 seconds to communicate with the bridge for the bridge to save it.

In Settings enable Power on behaviour for each bulb also.

Aside from that I will say the latest update messed up my colour tones with HomeKit. I stopped using the home app for this and use my Hue app to do it instead,. It’s far more reliable!
