Only Apple devices say they are connected to Wifi but have no Internet access. I have restarted and reset everything.

We had a power outage. When the modem/router came back online, Apple devices (iPad, iPhones, Airs) unevenly failed to reconnect. They say they are on wifi but the Xfinity system doesn't list them as connected and they do not get Internet access. Sometimes they will work for a while and then suddenly no access again. I have deleted the networks, reset the network settings, shut down the devices, shut down the router/modem, and gotten multiple resets from Comcast for the router/modem. What next??

iPhone 6, iOS 10

Hi iamthecheesetoo,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You mentioned that you are unable to connect to your home Wi-Fi network on any of your Apple devices? Are you able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks outside your home? If so, then this would be related to your ISP service or router. You'll also want to make sure that all your devices are running the latest software versions. This can be verified in Settings > General > Software Update.

Have a great day.
