Old hp deskjet 5550 won't print colors since OS 10.15.7 security upgrade.

The hp deskjet 5550 won't print colors except after removing then replacing an ink cartridge. Even the "Printer Test Page" is black and white. Any thoughts?

Have you already checked with HP Support to see if they have an updated driver for this printer?
