Powerbeats Pro Wireless disconnecting from iphone 12

My powerbeats wireless pro earphones randomly disconnect from my iphone 12 pro. Sometimes they automatically reconnect and sometimes i have to reconnect them myself. Previously had iphone 8 with no issues. Also have no issues with connection to my ipad. I have repaired and reset multiple times, no luck. Thoughts?

  1. Does the issue only happen when using your Beats with your iPhone, or do other Bluetooth accessories or devices disconnect from your iPhone as well?
  2. Which iOS version is your iPhone running? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
  3. When this issue happens, and your Beats disconnect from your iPhone, do you see any errors? For example, do you see a "Not Connected" error message?

  1. Does the issue only happen when using your Beats with your iPhone, or do other Bluetooth accessories or devices disconnect from your iPhone as well? I have not had this issue with any other bluetooth accessories, just the beats.
  2. Which iOS version is your iPhone running? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Version 14.4
  3. When this issue happens, and your Beats disconnect from your iPhone, do you see any errors? For example, do you see a "Not Connected" error message? I do not see any errors. When using, whether listening to music or speaking on the phone, the beats will work initially for a varied amount of time, but duration is usually short. Then they will begin to sound like they are losing connection, cutting in and out. Then they will cut out all together. If I am listening to music, when the beats disconnect the music on my phone will stop. When I am talking on the phone, it does not end the call, but I can no longer hear and others cannot hear me.
