Logic Pro X, System Overload, using M1 Macbook Pro

Given: Macbook Pro M1 with 16GB mem, 2TB. Big Sur 11.2.1. Logic Pro 10.6.1.

Lots of System Overload msgs during playback. Logic Pro CPU meters never rise above 30%. I tried all the steps in HT203930 and spoke to Apple. He wants me to remove an Izotrope "Nectar 3" plug in, but the Plug-In Manager shows "successfully validated". And it does wonders to my voice.

He also suggested using Bus Sends for similar guitar library Audio FXs, but that would require reviewing each FX for each guitar and determining the similar ones. Frustrated that I should have to economize when I have 16GB of mem and only using 30% CPU.

Does anyone else have a similar issue and were you able to solve it?
