Using Office 365 on Mac

I have bought the Office 365 via iTunes Store. In the iTunes Store i have this purchase confirm, but when i try to open it on the Mac, appear announcement that the purchase cannot be finalized. All applications I can open, but only for read.

Contact Apple Support:

It appears that the validation did not succeed. So, contact Apple Support, requesting it be validated. Apple will see this order first-hand from from their side, and will run you through the fix. Here is the information for contacting Apple Support:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
