AirPods Pro not working iPhone 12 Pro max

I just got my new iPhone 12 Pro Max , at first I don’t have any issues connecting my AirPod pro until a month later My AirPod starts not working. It’s connected to my iPhone 12 but no sounds and every time I use Spotify or YouTube my apps are crashed. Tried to reset the airpod and reset my phone 12 and it works for couple of minutes then back again to connected but no sounds even resetting my AirPods. When I tried to connect my AirPods using my iPhone 8 I don’t have any issues at all.. pls how can I fix it..

Hello dandan192,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

We understand from your post when you connect your AirPods Pro to your iPhone 12 Pro Max there is no sound, but when connecting them to your iPhone 8 you can hear sound from them. In a situation like this we recommend backing up your iPhone 12 Pro Max and reinstalling the software. The following article has the steps on how to backup your iPhone:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

By using the steps as listed under the heading "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" from the following article you can reinstall the software on your iPhone:
