Black screen

My I phone se has a black screen. Have charged for > 3 hours, hard reset and tried to connect to I tunes, but no joy ???

see the process below probably at section “If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up”

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

There is no guarantee you can save any data since your last backup
