Hello, I bought a phone for my friend, but she died, now her apple ID is installed on it, how can I unlock this phone? I need help, I have all the receipts and documents.

If you are the original owner and your name is on the receipts , contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
