My iPad Air 2020 will not increase its charge beyond 24%. I have restored the OS, tried every cable option and charging platform (via MacBook Pro, iPad charger etc) yet the charge will not increase. I am getting the charging sound and the lightning bolt green battery icon yet there is no increase in charge, any ideas?
