iPhone 11 stuck on apple logo boot up.

Hi all, I have my iPhone 11 Pro here, it’s been stuck on apple logo for a few weeks but I wanted to wait until apple opened to try sort it but coronavirus has been extended. So today I tried to plug it into my MacBook Pro 2020 and all was fine until the phone gained charge and turned on and now my MacBook screen is fully black. This happened many years ago with my old Mac and my iPhone 5c, the 5c was unfixable and I got my Mac fixed at a fee. I want to avoid that situation at all costs even though my Mac is also not even a year old. Any suggestions?
