The Apple TV app was working from my phone and Vizio TV up until last week. The phone still plays video but not the TV. I cannot cast from the phone to the TV either. I reset the app on the TV but that did not help. What can I do now?

I contacted Vizio support Chat & they walked me through a “power cycle” which fixed the problem
What happens when you try to use the Apple TV app?
Do you get any error messages? What does it say?
The app opens fine and I can view the menu screen but after 30 seconds to a minute after selecting a show an error message comes up saying “unable to play video, check internet connection. The internet connection is fine. Amazon Prime and other apps work like they should
