iPhone 7 Plus On iOS 14.4 - Calls Not Working

Hello,

We have upgraded the iPhone 7 plus to iOS 14.4 yesterday and since then facing the following issues

No Audio calls working
No Face Time Calls (audio and video) working
No Whatsapp (audio and video) Calling working

Calling just keeps failing

Can you please help fix the issue?

iPhone not making calls after update After I updated my iPhone 8 Plus about 3 weeks ago. Now I have to reboot my phone daily to makes calls. When I try to call, the call fails. Both for incoming and outgoing. Once I reboot it, I will usually work for the rest of the day. Messaging and internet both work fine. It happened after the 15.6 update. I’m on 15.7 now thinking that an update might fix it but it did not. Thanks in advance for any help or idea!

My XS is functionally useless after upgrading to iOS 15 and later, constantly dropping calls or not even completing initially. Any suggestions? iPhone XS Constantly dropping calls or not initiating them after installation of iOS 15. Any suggestions to remedy the situation?
