Hello All,
I followed the advice on creating draft messages to serve as templates in mail. When I drag a draft over from the Drafts folder to the newly created Template folder they sit there for a second and then they disappear. Has anyone else had this happen?
Is there an easier way to create templates? This seems like a big oversight for an email app.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand wanting to create templates on the Mail application on your Mac, and we'd be happy to provide some guidance.
Have you tried to open the Template mailbox containing the desired message template, highlight the template you want to use for the new message, then right click, and select "Send Again"?
If it keeps disappearing, force quit the Mail application on your Mac, reopen, and try again. Here's how to force quit it:
