New starter staff onboarding automation of Mac setup

Is there any way to improve/streamline/automate Mac onboarding for new starters?


I’m wondering if I could create an Apple Script or are there any SAAS options to automate the repetitive tasks below?

System Prefs > Energy Saver > Put hard disks to sleep when possible > Uncheck

System Prefs > Energy Saver > Wake for Wi-Fi network access > Check

System Prefs > Energy Saver > Turn display off > Never

System Prefs > Security & Privacy > Turn on FileVault (storing recovery key with JamfNow)

System Prefs > General > Appearance > Auto

System Prefs > General > Recent items > 30

System Prefs > Notification Centre > New/Edit button (centre bottom button) > remove Stocks

System Prefs > Sound > Show volume in menu bar

System Prefs > Users & Groups > create 'insert Company Name'' user
