Can iPad mini 6 add more RAM to it ?
mini 5 is great and very portable unlike others but 3GB RAM these days is not enough specially for 3D work.
or mini pro would would be lovely.

The iPad internal hardware cannot be upgraded. The internal hardware configuration is fixed for the entire life of the device.
If you need a more powerful iPad, or more internal storage than your iPad currently has, you have no alternative other that to replace your iPad with a newer model that includes the hardware that you require.
