Apple Watch does not measure heart rate at the beginning of workouts

My Apple Watch is not reading my heart rate the first 5 to 10 minutes when I workout. As soon as I start a workout and move my arms, the heart rate disappears. This was not happening at the beginning nor with my older watch. This started happening some time mid 2020.

Apple pls do something; I know there are lots of users with the same problem. Either this is fixed or I will become an advocate for DO NOT Buy An Apple Watch!!!
