My iphone has always been hot when charging at lower percentage ( 30%-40%) it’s getting hot that it feels uncomfortable to hold, getting hot at the lower part of the phone. And the heat is gone when it reach more than 80%. I went to apple service center, they said it was a software error, they reinstall the os but didn’t make any difference 😔 HELP

The other phones should get warm when being charged with an 18W charging brick. Your phone has circuitry built in to protect if from overheating harm. If you see a warning the phone needs to cool, then you have something to be concerned about. If you don't get such a message, don't worry OR use a lower watt brick which will take longer to charge your phone, but won't generate as much heat.
Are you using the 18W charging brick supplied with your iPhone? If yes, heating would be expected. And if you have optimized charging enabled, it would also be expected it would cool at 80%.
Yes i use the charger that comes with the phone (18watts) but i test it on other iphone 11, and iphone 12 . The other phone didnt get hot while charging
