I’ve had this issue twice now (today and a couple months ago), where my screen time stats show a constant usage of one app - see screenshots. Any ideas why and how to prevent without resetting my screen time data? Thanks in advance!

Yeah I even deleted YouTube off my phone so the app isn’t there anymore, but screen time has still been logging it all day. And I can assure you I haven’t been on Amazon or YouTube all hour and every hour of the day.
Apparently the app you’re using is YouTube. Be certain you’ve exited it completely and properly when you’re done with it.
