Using iPad in small business

I have four sales people and they are going to use company provided iPads to show photos to customers of projects we have done. I want to have control of the content. I don’t want them to be set up as there own iPads with there personal Apple ID. I believe that shared albums would be the best way for me to do this.

My question is, would setting up all of the iPads with one Apple ID be the best way to do this?

Then get a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. There are many free and low cost options. Jamf Now (free for the first 3 devices, then $2 or $4/month for each device starting with device 4), Mosyle ($1/device/month), and FleetSmith (free for the first 10 devices, then $8.25/device/month for devices 11+) are all good options.
