My system preference tells me I have the wrong email
It does not let me acces my privacy settings the password is the correct one
how can I fix this

It has nothing to do with either email or an Apple ID.
All you need is the login admin password you use when you boot up the Mac.
FWIW, I am going to ask the hosts to remove the image since it contains your full name.
