Importing Lastpass' CSV into Keychain (Big Sur 11.2.1)

I have a CSV file i just exported from Lastpass and want to import it into keychain to have keychain autofill passwords for me. If I click File>>Import I can see the file but can't select it. (does it matter if I'm running in User vs Admin mode?)

I also need to know which keychain I should import this into, login, icloud etc? what are the differences?
