iCloud not saving app data

Hi All,

I hope everyone is safe and well.

For the last few days iCloud will not save any data from apps. I can set up customised settings in an app, leave the app, go back in and all the settings I’ve changed have gone. It’s happening on all non Apple apps.

I have 40gb of storage free on iCloud and the apps have iCloud access enabled. I’ve tried signing in and out of iCloud but the problem remains.

This happens on my iPhone 12 and Apple TV.

Can anyone help at all? Thank you. Keep safe and well.
