I cannot pair my bluetooth vieta pro headphones to my macbook

So I've tried every single option and I have some other bluetooth headphones I have no problem connecting to this macook. These vieta pro connect with no issue to both my phone and my ipad but when it comes to my macbook I can pair up one side sometimes but usually it's a lot of 'connection not established' and I have no clue what else can I do here.

bluetooth headphones don't appear on Mac to connect Headphones (Soundcore Q20+) work perfectly with iPhone (13 mini). Also work if connect via cable to MacBook Air (M1 2020). MBA Bluetooth has worked with other Bluetooth devices. It appear that it's only these Headphones that doesn't appear and can't connect. suggestions? Thanks.

Unable to pair AKG y50BT headphones to iMac Having recently upgraded to an iPhone 8 which doesn't have a 3.5mm jack socket, I bought a pair of AKG bluetooth headphones. The headphones will pair nicely with the iPhone when I am out and about, but last night, they just WOULD NOT pair with the 27" iMac which sits quite close to my router. Any clues why I should not be able to effect a good, solid pairing? This is the Advanced set up I have for Bluetooth on the iMac
