MacBook Speakers

I just got my MacBook Pro last week and i noticed that i have something in my speakers does anyone know how to get rid of it? it's marked with white circle

Why risk a Faulty Device?:

Rather than fiddle with it, get this serviced: Looks like debris of sorts. I wouldn't know if it is a toxic substance or not. So, contact Apple Support, seeing if you can send this out to get it serviced.


Apple Phone Support:


Screensharing with the Apple Rep

Apple needs to show this for themselves. So, screenshare a the iSight camera your iPhone or that of your Mac. Ask a friend, or family member if you may use their phone, if you do not have one handy. By screensharing the iSight Camera, the Apple Rep will see this firsthand from your perspective.

Why Calls are a Bit of a Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And, that makes sense because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

II. About Genius Bar Appointments:

You need to setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. But, note that many, many Apple Stores are closed at the moment, due to COVID-19. So, if theApple Store is not open, then use Send-in Service.

To Set Once Up:

  1. Go Here: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
  2. Select: "Get software help" or "Get hardware help" buttons
