Watch Battery Only Lasting 10 Hours

I have the Apple Watch Series 4, and I had downloaded the WatchOS7 Beta when it launched and it didn’t allow my watch battery to last very long. When I updated it to the latest public software, it still was only lasting for 10 hours and the battery health had decreased to 89%. I was wondering how I could fix this. I already did all the steps that I found in similar discussions like in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8241688. Does anyone have a solution? It would be greatly appreciated.

Here is all I can offer to understand Apple Watch performance and its relation to your battery:

“Battery life” is the amount of time your device runs before it needs to be recharged. “Battery lifespan” is the amount of time your battery lasts until it needs to be replaced. Maximize both and you’ll get the most out of your Apple devices, no matter which ones you own. See the "Tips for Apple Watch" section in:
