Refunds
I made a purchase through the a game (order number MSH9J8YT5T) in the app store. Goods were not supplied. Game developers say only Apple can supply the refund and they have no record of the transaction - which means Apple took the money and didn't send onto developer. As this wasn't the first time I'd had problems with this game I deleted it. Then Apple gives me the above message twice when I attempt to get refund. How to proceed? Thoughts.
