Have iMac (late 2012). Im looking for Mac driver for a Samsung SyncMaster 2333T display

Does anyone know if a mac driver exists for a Samsung SyncMaster 2333T (2009) display?

I can connect but I only see my iMac (late 2012) desktop picture on the Samsung display - no folders, document, or apps.

Samsung says the signal may have been affected by the age of display and/or the imac and/or the adaptor connections (original DVI cable plus apple adaptor). Says the signal may be restricted.

Please let me know or give me a link to a site.

If you do have a picture (even if just the desktop) on the Samsung, then everything is working, and you don't need any drivers or adapters. You just have to turn off Extended Display mode and get Mirroring. Try Command-F1

Thank you.

Its not for a secondary, but primary display- iMac (late 2012) display went bad, all else good.

Theres just 1 USB port remaining open on iMac....

Unless I could adaptor-connect that 1 USB (iMac late 2012 , 27'' display, USB-2-?) to another small HP 1740 display? - That would be helpful.

I have found brick adaptors for VGA, HDMI, etc., and DVI--USB-C, but not a iMac late 2012 USB. I have several types of adaptors, cables, etc. but

the key question is - Is a iMac late 2012 USB connection going to work/ at all to drive signal to display;

and if so, is there a connector-adaptor configuration available?
