When I add new reminders from widget it don't update the reminders from another widget

When I add new reminders from widget it don't update the reminders from another widget

I mean, I create a widget to add reminders by one click and type something and after I do it he doesn't show on reminders himself ( I create reminder widget on stack to show all my reminder )

and he still clear from values, only after I login to reminder application it update and show on widget.

How can I fix that issue?
