iphone 12 not sync to my macbook

osx: macos big sur 11.2.1

Iphone 12 :Ios 14.4


When I connect my iPhone 12 to my MacBook via USB, I see my iPhone in the finder. When I click on it, iPhone 12 appears at the top, and at the bottom there is only a repair option that does not work. {when I click on this nothing happens} For the rest, nothing appears on the screen. (see photo)

My older Iphone and ipad are working fine

What I Tried: Iphone hard reset, and on makbook off-on and nvr reset. Icloud is working

Connect iPhone to Mac
