I received an automatic response and responded to that. Here is what the auto response said:

If you are experiencing a particular issue, be sure you provide us with:
- Your device model/generation
- Name of TV provider (or whether you do not have one)
- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, along with photos/videos if you believe that may help
We ask that you please send us a follow-up email with the listed information if you haven't provided it in order to help further the troubleshooting process.

For authorization or authentication issues, we recommend contacting your TV provider to verify CNN is part of your current cable subscription package.
If the issue you are experiencing is with the CNN app on your mobile device, contact the mobile team through the app by clicking: CNN Logo > Settings > Send Feedback.
