I've installed windows on an external drive and it loads up when I try and log in into it, I've opened the windows support folder and ran bootcamp to install the drivers but after it restarts the driver still don't work (Trackpad, Keyboard, Wifi, Etc.)

On newer Macs, Bootcamp drivers do not install correctly. If you install Windows on your internal disk, the same drivers will work. Are there specific reasons you want to install Windows on an external disk? What is the total storage on your internal disk on the Mac?
Neither Boot Camp nor Microsoft support installation and running of Windows 10 on an external drive.
No, and it is in violation of Microsoft's licensing.
You could use a virtual machine but again check with Microsoft licensing.
