iPad Fitness Plus requires specific features not available on this device

It says “This app requires specific features not available on this device “ I am trying to to get the fitness app on my ipad 6th generation but this it what it keeps saying. I have an Apple watch and yes I have tried restarting it.

WatchOS 7.3.1 is the latest WatchOS update.

If this doesn't work
