Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Have an Apple TV 4K, OS v 14.4 and this past week it won't activate the app. I turn on the Apple TV and CNN asks me to activate. I enter credentials, it says activation was successful in my browser yet it does nothing in the app. Works fine on my Roku TV. everything is up to date, I've deleted the app, restarted the router, everything but to no avail.

Tried activating it today. Still not working. Deleted and re-installed the app.

This issue is now fixed.
Yes it is working again - you need to delete the old app and install a new one.

My CNN app is working again and I didn’t have to do anything at all. It just went back to normal with no action.
What device are you using
I got it to work. I have to activate using Firefox. Chrome or Safari results in the blank activation screen.
