Auto sharpening of photos?

Has anyone else noticed how photos automatically sharpen or brighten after they’re taken? I have a 12 mini and i’ve gone through all the camera and photo settings to turn off any auto editing, and it’s still doing it! I find it makes the photos look so ugly and honestly ruins the shot. I wish Apple allowed us to do our own photo editing and let us decide if we want to sharpen it or not rather than doing it for us with no way to change it. If anyone knows how to turn this off please let me know. If not, then Apple, please change this in your next update, it’s so annoying!!

If your Photos and Videos are stored in iCloud and you share it before downloading the original then it may appear blurry but it is not.

Your photos and videos are stored on your device in their original, high-resolution version. This means that they use a lot of space on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. With iCloud Photos, you can make more space available on your device and have your entire collection, everywhere you go.

Get started with iCloud Photos:

Tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos.
Turn on iCloud Photos.
Select Optimize iPhone Storage to save space on your device.

With Optimize Storage, smaller, space-saving photos and videos are kept on your device while all of your original, full-resolution versions are stored in iCloud. And as long as you have enough space in iCloud, you can store as many photos and videos as you want.
