WHY I CANNOT BACKUP MY IPHONE WITH MY PC WINDOWS 10

I am unable to back up my iPhone 11 PRO MAX, Itunes latest IOS14.4. It started happening when I cancelled iCloud extra storage. My backup is set automatically back up to my computer.

The backup starts as usual and run perfectly well. Just before finish maybe 10% left to finish the backup application close by itself without backing up.

I have tried numerous method nothing work. Can anyone help?

See If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support.

Noted. The support article should help. See If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support. One device may backup, while another doesn't. Work through the troubleshooting advice methodically.

I m trying to backup my iPhone to my computer (PC) only.

iPadOS are all working well, able to back up without a problem.
