Mobile Data Update Failed

I've recently updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 14.4 and have lost connectivity to the Network Provider. My iPhone says "Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access mobile data until it has been updated"

I've tried to reset network settings and restarted the handset but still no luck. Please help, anyone?
