Is there a way to set. Weekly limit on usage for screen time?

Currently, there isn't a way to limit usage by week, however, there is the ability to do it daily using App Limits. Check out that section here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Is there a way to limit the phone daily? Like, they can have 2 hours of phone use in general one day then the phone locks? Obviously emergency calls would still be allowed but that's it. Is that type of blanket time limit available? And if not, are there any plans to add that feature?
