We have updated our tv and phone. Reset our Vizio Tv and it only connected to air play once. The next time we went to use it, didn’t work. Hasn’t since, any ideas?

How about unplugging your Visio TV form electrical power for about 40 seconds then plugging it back in again. Ensure that the Visio is connected to the same Wi-Fi Network as the iPhone. Then try again to use AirPlay / Screen Mirroring.

You mentioned that your TV was updated before connecting only once and then it stopped. I therefore wonder whether there is a mismatch between the TV's operating software and iOS. Will it be possible for you contact Vizio's support team and see whether they are seeing this issue elsewhere as well?

Thank you for idea, but we reset tv to factory settings and reloaded everything. It worked once and then stopped.
