Phone compromised?

Hi, my ex partner seems to know information that’s only been discussed via messages with friends. I was wondering if there is a way of checking whether he’s accessed my phone at all?

There isn't a record of past logins. The only thing you can see is what is currently logged into your Apple ID.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

As a precaution, change your password.
