Hello, I've done these steps more than once. I even went as far as resetting my phone, my service provider sees nothing wrong on their side so I figured its the phone, the issue has not been resolved, its still happening , I need your assistance with this. Its very frustrating to be having issues with your brand new phone.

Hello again, I did all that was advised however I didn’t have power saving mode on and I don’t have any VPN . The apple support does not really work for me as in , the country I’m in does not allow me to talk to them through chat or messaging or any online medium that would be much easier , unless I call their number which is more expensive . When I try to chat they said it’s only available for those in the United States .

Hello again alecia85,

Thanks for the follow-up info. Do you have Low Power Mode enabled on your iPhone? You can check by going to Settings > Battery, and switching that to Off if needed. As it helps to preserve your battery life, it can cause some functions to not work as expected. And do you have any VPN software installed on your device? If so, you can disable it and test your issue again. Also, we'd like to have you reset the network settings on the iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Should this issue persist after trying these steps, the next move will be to get in touch with Apple Support for further assistance. They can be reached here:

We hope this helps you.

Take care and be safe.
