They tell me they will keep taking it out, I have already taken 4 months in total and 2 weeks for the new equipment to arrive at the store, how do I get them to give me a refund or already give me the new equipment
I do it, I had patience for 4 months, but even so they take time to resolve, I just want them to give me a new team as they were but they are very late, how could I put pressure?
I don't blame you one bit... did you talk to a customer service rep or just support staff?
