if it's the same after forced restart, then yes. bring phone to the service
screen is black- cannot do a hard restart- siren goes off when you hold down all three buttons
it's a HW problem then, take it to service
thanks for the quick response- any idea as to shutting off the find my iPhone feature remotely-? They always ask that question at the genius bar
